Hope Project STL is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit where Veterans, First Responders, and their families connect with horses in a peaceful, supportive environment-building confidence, connection and life skills along the way.

Our horses and mules give so much to the people who visit Hope Project STL. Now it's our turn to give back.

Equine Assisted Learning (EAL)
What is Equine Assisted Learning?
Equine Assisted Learning is a hands-on, non-riding experience where participants work alongside horses through guided activities. These experiences encourage communication, confidence, problem-solving, and connection in a supportive environment.
WHY HORSES?
Horses are honest, present, and remarkably intuitive. Through hands-on activities with our horses, participants practice communication, build confidence, strengthen relationships, and learn skills that carry into everyday life. No riding experience is needed—just a willingness to connect.
